Why You Need this Flower: The Black-Eyed Susan
What's there not to love about a black-eyed Susan flower? I don't know either! These beauties perform well from mid Summer to frost and are easy to grow. They bring tons of color to your yard or garden and there's nothing wrong with that! You can't go wrong with this type of perennial. I have made a list of why they're so awesome and why you need some around your home or in your garden below. 1.) They steal the garden show! They look like a pool of gold! The way they grow in groups with their colors of orange, red, and yellows make it look like you could just swim in them. The most common of these flowers are the ones that have a single row of gold petals with a brown or black center but there are other kinds that have multiple rows of petals.
